Crowdsource your kid's college fund

Everyone knows the greatest gift of all (besides a free babysitter) is the gift of education. And while you might get an occasional check from the grandparents meant to help, the money doesn't always end up where it should.
But with the launch of a new online platform, you can have a little more help getting support right where you need it. Structure is good!
Instagrad helps you collect funds for your child's higher education by encouraging
your
closest friends and family to contribute to any existing 529 savings
plan. On their site you can create a free online profile for your child, then share with those you wish suggesting they might want to contribute
there
and not at the toy store.
The site also have some handy features; you
can build a mailing list, send out notifications and keep track of each
gift that is received. It truly is smart and organized.
I'm hoping that not only will this help cut back on the volume of junky toys in our kids' rooms
that already runneth over, but that we'll come to appreciate it more and more as we watch the account grow over the years--as well as the peace of mind that comes with it. -
