Edible Instagrams? We'll take it!

At first when I heard about an edible Instagram product I thought...InstaGrahams? But nope. No clever puns. Just beautiful, delicious chocolate.

 

The new service Cocoagraph, from 3D Fine Arts major Rae Vittorelli, merges chocolate and photography--two of our favorite things too--turning any of your photos at all into all perfectly edible, artisanal chocolate.

You can send a jpeg or scan, but of course Instagram and Hipstamatic photos will work too, and the vintage filters on them probably lend themselves to better quality of the final product. Not that it will be around long enough for you to stare at it in too much detail.

As for the chocolate itself, it sounds amazing. Choose from a 72% Belgian Dark (my fave), a high-end Biafra White Chocolate, or a 40% Belgian Milk Chocolate. There's even an organic, GMO-free cacao. 

The prices aren't bad at all - check the store and you'll find custom Cocoagraph chocolates starting at $14. I think I just found the best holiday gift ever. -Liz
