Oh Appy Day! gives you the scoop on the coolest apps from some of the coolest people anywhere. This week, we're excited to welcome Jenna Fischer, who's sharing a favorite.

 

When we first traveled with Weston, our almost-one-year-old, we wanted to find something to keep him occupied on the plane. Because he doesn't watch TV, we thought we could load up with videos--but then he had zero interest in the videos! He just didn't care about them at all. 

What did the trick was the Itsy Bitsy Spider app on our iPad. He can press anything on the screen and something happens--the spider goes up the spout, a little girl splashes in puddles, a caterpillar eats a cupcake. All to the tune of a warbly-sung, baby-pleasing "Itsy Bitsy Spider." -Jenna Fischer

Jenna is practically revered as a national treasure as Pam in "The Office" (now filming its last season!), but she's also starred in movies such as Hall Pass and Blades of Glory. Her passions include animal rescue (she works with organizations like Kitten Rescue) and sweets. Really! She's recently partnered with Fiber One 90-Calorie Brownies--and is sharing her own recipes for how to turn them into other desserts--like brownie sundaes. Yes, please.
