5 cool Mother's Day gifts from Instagram photos

As someone who only uses my smart phone as my camera, I often use my photographs as gifts, many of which happen to be taken using the Instagram app. If you're still hunting for a cool Mother's Day gifts, you don't have to look any further than your iPhone or Droid!

Here are five cool ways to use your favorite Instagram photos that are sure to make mom weepy, in a good way, on Mother's Day.

Stitchtagram pillow
Let the brother and sister team behind Stitchtagram whip up your awesome photos (4 or 25), as well as those of your siblings perhaps (with permission), into a cool throw pillow for mom or grandmom. Way cooler than a photo album! 

 



Pick your favorite photos, maybe one of each kiddo, to frame with the square Boo Box shadowboxes made from eco-friendly bamboo, which come in both 4 inch and 7 inch sizes. And if you're feeling crafty, order blanks and do it yourself!

I love flipping through my own Keepsy photo book, which is super easy to create (no software to download!) and lets your creative juices flow thanks to the cool design templates for each page. 


You crafty mamas will have a ball creating cool magnets (or pins) using this simple tutorial. All you need to do is shrink your photos, print them out on card stock, and cover them with a clear packing tape. Such a sweet gift that even your kids could help you make.

There is also a site called "stickygram" that makes magnets from the instagram photos :)
