The ye olde time-y photobooth goes digital

I know I'm not alone when I say I can't get enough of photo apps for my phone like Instagram, Photocopier, and my first love, Hipstamatic. Now there's a fun one I've just added, that's great for taking old fashioned photo strips.

 

Pocketbooth isn't a new app, but it's a fun one. The premise is simple: take four photos in a row from your iPhone or iPad 2, then save or share via email or social media channels. Trust me, your kids will go bonkers for it and you will too.

It's just $.99 which is cheaper than spending 5 bucks in a real photo booth. Although I'm not sure it's quite as fun after a few margaritas with the girls. But it might be close. -Liz
